About NOISE
Over 2 million children introduced to opera since 1983
NOISE is a professional opera company which brings you fully-staged adaptations of well-known opera classics complete with costumes and sets. We are in our 40th season of presenting the best in entertaining and educational opera programs to children in Washington State.
Our target audience is K-6, but older audiences find the show hilarious. In over 3,000 performances since 1983 (15,000 students per year), we've received rave reviews.

Opera, a fusion of diverse art forms, has the power to provoke profound human emotions. Our aspiration is to introduce this world to young, diverse audiences. Over the more than 40 years of its existence, NOISE has touched the lives of more than 3.5 million children and adults!
NOISE also serves as a vital launching pad for young professionals! Many NOISE alumni have gone on to grace prestigious opera stages worldwide, including renowned companies like the Metropolitan Opera, San Francisco Opera, Houston Grand Opera, and Seattle Opera.
